Activities
Creative Connections
These relaxing, pressure-free Art/Craft sessions are all about feeling safe in the company of others, while having fun with pens, paint and paper.
Outsider Art
Creative session followed by a light lunch £3.50 per session (thanks to part funding from the Elizabeth Rathbone Charitable Trust)
Moments & Memories
A warm, welcoming session designed to spark conversation, connection, and shared memories. £3.50, including light refreshments.
The Friday Table
Needlecraft is a great activity as it can provide a number of benefits from stress reduction to improved motor skills.
Mindful Drawing
On the last Wednesday of each month, take time to notice, settle, unwind and enjoy, steady mark-making onto paper. Participants each have their own space, in a relaxed, pressure-free setting.
Tai Chi
Tai Chi provides an accessible form of exercise that is not only physically beneficial but also promotes mental calmness and mindfulness.
