Alongside its social benefits and community building aspects, the tactile nature of art-making can improve motor skills and coordination, while promoting mental acuity and creativity.

Whether your preference is for pencil, pen or paint, or you crave the adventure of canvas, silk or tile, art fosters emotional well-being. Art class participation, provides not only a fulfilling and enjoyable pastime but also contributes to overall mental, emotional, and physical health.
