TAI CHI / Strength & Balance
This hybrid class aims to support people who would like to do Tai-Chi, but may find it challenging to stand for an entire hour.
The session combines 20 minutes of seated Tai-Chi, 20 minutes of standing Tai Chi, and a further 20 minutes of resistance work with bands to target strengthening joints essential for movement and stability.
Safe, enjoyable, effective exercise supporting balance, strength, and confidence, along with mental & physical wellbeing. Perfect for the Older Adult.
