LUNCH CLUB

Great Food, Good Company.

A celebration of great food and good company, our Luncheon Club kicks off at 12 noon, Mondays through Fridays each week.

Good nutrition, is vital to maintaining our physical and mental health, especially as we age, and can help reduce the risk of developing chronic diseases such as diabetes, stroke, heart disease and some cancers.

Eating well and nutritiously can also boost energy levels and reduce fatigue, improve mood and cognitive function, reduce inflammation, promote better sleep and support a healthy weight.

By providing access to a traditional two-course meal (main and dessert), followed by a relaxing cup of tea or coffee, we can support you to eat both well and affordably.

And remember… sometimes, simply getting out and about, being present in the company of others, can itself provide an important boost to health.

Our Luncheon Club welcomes both club members and visitors, but advance bookings only, please.

The luncheon Club menu is updated here on the website, each week. To book, call us on 01704 574838.  NB. There is no need to book in advance if ordering from our Community Café menu.

We also facilitate a delivery service, to those less able-bodied individuals within our local community.
